Finally, we observed specific tumor-stroma interactions, such as the interaction of AC-like CRYAB+ tumor cells with the endothelium, consistently across GBM tumors independently of mutational profile and also present in oligodendroglioma.

Despite the long stated GBM heterogeneity, we generalize a model for the development and growth of GBM and its interaction with the immune system. High proliferation in the periphery - tissue damage and wound response at the core.
