@PassportIRL Hi we applied for a passport renewal for my daughter on 30th April. At the time there was a problem with the link for parental consent form. We sent a request for a new link on 21st June but have heard nothing since. Can you help please? Flight booked 14th Aug.
@PassportIRL My wife has been on a waiting on the webchat for hours. She got to #12 in the queue and was disconnected. This treatment is ridiculous- we applied in plenty of time. It was not our fault that the link would not work. We were told it would be resent once fixed. Very frustrating!
@PassportIRL Hi. The parental consent form link for our child's application would not work when we applied 2 weeks ago. Is this resolved? If so do we need to contact you for a new link? Thanks

@PassportIRL Hi. We applied for my daughter's passport last Friday. The link to print the consent form will not work - we keep being told 'there was an error generating your document'. We have tried numerous times with the same result. Can you advise us how to proceed please?
