I do think it’s interesting they took the time to make a Halo remake and didn’t include:

- Any integration of the Arbiter’s presence
- Any of the wildlife from early Halo builds
- No flamethrower from CE on PC
- No specter vehicle from CE
- No Engineers

There’s even a wildlife enemy type already in Reach and this is using the Reach engine.

This is going to blow your mind, but in 2007 a game called Halo 3 was released and it featured something called the Ark. You could only get there from Earth. And the Forerunners made sure only their direct descendents could use it. And the Halo rings all had Library databanks.
