I’ve broken my finger so the tennis lessons I signed up for are pretty useless but I didn’t ask for a refund - he’s a sole trader in the park - he messaged me to tell me he’s refunded me @SeatfrogHelp that’s called customer service.
Two stories of customer service - @Seatfrog refused me a refund - I booked a ticket going the wrong way - my error - then the right way so I naively believed they’d refund it as in I can’t be in both places at once - they won’t ‘binding contract etc etc’ so 🤷♀️meanwhile…
