@JerryChanz99 i like the show version of why blew wants to listen to lom's heartbeat a lot more. it establishes just how deeply blew feels for lom even if she can't put the word "love" to these feelings yet. the book version had a (unintentionally i think) feel of distance.

@armskimha my headcanon: she used to be an actress bc she is able to play the act of her version of blew well enough. she might have been doing something similar in the past which got her arrested and convicted. thus also the extensive surgery to make her look like blew.

@privatemanor honestly, this moment should be all over the tl. the most highkey and straighforward flirting lom has ever done with blew. and blew is clearly overwhelmed but not opposed to what lom is insinuating here. my favourite moment.

@bornastaursV2 there are moments that are sus, yes but if you watch carefully you will notice that b's eyes dilate like that with artifical lighting during scenes. in scenes with natural lighting (outside, during the day) it doesn't happen (as much)😉

@ckrotokki_2 it's a powerful narrative tool. fuse used it a few times in tlp as well. with the air i have wondered about the more extensive use. i think the intention might be to "unfold" a moment rather than leading up to it. if that makes sense? suspense is another reason given the genre.

@lenafbpfk that lady in a later live said she was joking about cutting things from the interview. she and a certain friend of hers also mocked fb shipper in a live. this is really not a good example for "proof".

@myosotis285 because b got scared she would not catch f in time and f got scared she'd fall in the pool. they hugged when they realised both got scared for a moment. then they laughed off the tension.
