الاستناد إلى المصادر اليونانية والرومانية لإثبات قِدم تسميةٍ معينة للخليج أمر غير مفهوم؟ تحويل هذه المصادر إلى حكم نهائي يلغي كل تسمية أخرى ليس منطقيًا. فاليونان والرومان لم يكونوا أول من عرف المنطقة، ولم تبدأ حضارات الشرق الأدنى بخرائطهم. قبل ازدهار الحضارة اليونانية بقرون طويلة وقبل الغزو الفارسي للمنطقة، قامت في الرافدين حضارات الساميين أكد وبابل وآشور، وعلى ضفاف الخليج ازدهرت دلمون ومجان، وكانت المنطقة جزءًا من شبكة حضارية وتجارية عريقة قبل أن يدوّن الجغرافيون اليونانيون تصوراتهم عنها.

Once these militias become entrenched, they drive people of the same nation into conflict with one another and turn society into a scene of sectarian bloodshed. This is a naïve take that treats #Iran as a normal state, rather than an ideological project built on Wilayat al-Faqih and the export of the revolution. The problem is not merely “bad relations” that can be fixed with diplomacy or polite gestures. It is a political creed that sees expansion as a duty, spreads politicized Shiism, exploits weak states, and then builds militias wherever authority begins to crack in order to penetrate governments and impose influence. Coexisting with such a project without dismantling its arms is not peace. It is surrender.
