@jasondoesstuff Itโs all about time not stuff. Enjoy it. Enjoy the good and the bad. You will miss it. My oldest is a sophomore in college and my youngest is a freshman in HS. It all went by so fast. I would give anything for more time.
Watching Bosch again for the umpteenth time on Prime. How do we get @welliver_titus in more movies/shows? He really has a great presence on screen even in his smaller roles (The Town, Gone Baby Gone, Lost, Sons of Anarchy, etc) #casttituswellivermore#bosch#harrybosch
๐ฟ The Pale Blue Eye (2022) dir. Scott Cooper. Netflix. I enjoyed this. Perfect Netflix film. Not one I would have enjoyed as much in a theatre. Perfect for viewing at home on a good screen. # 22
๐ฌ Alien 3: Special Edition (1993) dir. David Fincher. I started watching all the Alien films with one of my boys. We did Alien and Aliens last year. # 16
๐ฟโ๏ธ Confess Fletch (2022) dir. Greg Mottala. I am a big Jon Hamm fan. I was never a big fan of Chevy Chaseโs take on Fletch. This one is way better. Such a fun movie. Highly recommend it. # 20
๐ฟThe Hatchet Wielding Hitchhiker (2023) dir. Colette Camden. I remembered this story from back in the day. Had no idea everything that happened after the initial YouTube vid. Crazy story and good doc. # 19
๐ฌ Dog Soldiers (2002) dir. Neil Marshall. I had not watched this since it first came out ~20 years ago. Thinking about buying the @screamfactorytv 4k disc, so I wanted to watch it again first. I forgot how much I really enjoy this movie. We need more from Neil Marshall. # 18
๐ฌ True Romance (1993) dir. Tony Scott. One of my favorites from the 90s. I wish I still had my Heroโs For Sale shirt. I received the @ArrowFilmsVideo Limited Edition box set on 4k so had to give it another watch. Beautiful transfer of the film. # 17
I have been noticing that many films impact me differently as I age. Movies that I liked in my teens and 20s I still like, but I find I like/love them for very different reasons now that I am in my 40s. Has anyone else noticed this? And, with what films? #film#movies#gettingold
๐ฟ The Menu (2022) dir. Mark Mylod. Wish I had seen this one in theatres. I have thoroughly enjoyed many of the dark comedies of the last decade. This ranks up there as one of the best. # 10 #2023FilmList#darkcomedy
