I’m so frustrated with “we need to make sure they’re prepared for the next grade” as a justification for full days of online work for these babies. No. THE NEXT GRADE WILL HAVE TO CHANGE.

Despite our best efforts yesterday, the New Haven USD strike continues. I previously announced that I would return today but the district announced that talks will resume on Sunday. My team will remain involved & work with all parties for as long as it takes to get this resolved.

[New Haven Teachers Association @WeAreNHTA]

Thank you so much for the support! We hope this gets settled immediately! #forourstudents #wearenhta #wearecta
