I’m so huge and it’s killing me and I ordered Depop stuff and nothing looks good on me and I can’t sleep and I’m overstimulated and I have so much school work and I’m inflamed and everything is awful but we persist 🫡
@grcielckt Literally just try to focus on your body as little as possible, fill your time with other things, and know that with time it becomes your new normal and gets easier <3 it takes A WHILE but it is so worth it
Weight gain might be misery but my biggest tip would be to get some goals/hobbies that you literally cannot do while restricting. Push yourself SO hard that it feels like you’re succeeding by staying stable.

@wastedpegasus I’m like never on here anymore but I just saw this and DO IT. I got help and I’ve never been more stable and I’m actually doing things with my life I never thought possible <3
@l0usprivdi4ry Tbh, it’s less intense than you think it is. With time and nourishment the white matter in ur brain becomes more myelinated with more nutrition and it actually works better. It sounds crazy! But physiologically it’ll get easier.
BAHHAA my coach on a TikTok live said that one of his underweight clients (me) still has a fat face… I literally have cut off my face for every pic lol
