The Gathering of Moths that is due to take place on Friday 11 Aug 2023 will now be at TURWESTON AERODROME, Buckinghamshire. deHMC Members should look out for a series of Electric Moths from deHMC HQ.

There will be a celebratory dinner on the Thu evening and a DH Moth centred flying display on Fri afternoon.

This will take place on Thu 31 Jul and Fri 01 Aug 2025. It is the intention to assemble the biggest collection of DH.60 since the Second World War and to encourage a target figure of 100 DH Moths to participate in support. More . . .

Geoffrey de Havilland test flew the prototype DH.60 from Stag Lane on 22Feb 1925. In recognition of this milestone the deHMC are planning an international celebration at Old Warden Aerodrome, Bedfordshire. More . . .

It has been announced from deHMC HQ that tomorrow’s (Jun 8) Charity Flying has been cancelled due forecast high winds. A decision about Sunday will be made tomorrow at 14:00.
