@im_vandy @LexusMotors Facing a pathetic experience after purchasing a Tata Punch from Lexus Motors. The entire process is frustrating. Worse is, Tata Motors has been equally unhelpful every time I raise a grievance, they simply redirect me back to Lexus Motors instead of ensuring proper resolution.

4–5 months of repeated issues, multiple workshop visits (at my cost), car still unresolved (9 days in service).
No accountability. No resolution. Only “policy” excuses.
