So many issues w American medicine, the least of which is where the MD came from.

AND the US medical education is highly siloed, whereas medical education overseas like in Europe takes a wholistic approach. This makes internationally trained physicians better than US trained physicians in picking up rare outlier cases that don’t fit a precise disease pattern.
