Before I go to bed every night, I think of at least 1 thing I’m grateful for. When I wake up and meditate, I always think of things I’m grateful for. When I journal, I always start off with saying thank you for something.
Gratitude = Abundance = Happiness = Freedom🫶🏾
When I want to quit or I’m in pain whether a work out, in biz etc., I always like to remind myself how blessed I am for the oppty to be faced with the struggle because I know in my heart this is necessary for me to grow. Just on the other side of that hurdle is something great🫶🏾
September Challenge:
- Read at least 2 pgs of self development book
- Journal minimum 1/2 a page
- Exercise everyday (a 30 min walk very least)
- Meditate for 2 min
- Think of something you’re grateful for before bed
Easy but most people fail at consistency. Can you follow thru?
The 3 things that matter in life are always going to be HEALTH, WEALTH & RELATIONSHIPS. If you’re not working on any of these, you’re missing out on fulfillment and untapped joy. Get after it. 👊🏽💕
One of the most fulfilling things in life is having a goal-any goal- & watching yourself take action and slowly progress towards it consistently day by day. If you’re feeling lost, unmotivated or stuck in the same place, ask yourself Am I working towards anything?
3 types of people— moth, butterfly & light.
Moths are annoying, nothing going for themselves.
Butterflies developed into something beautiful & continue to grow.
Light leads the way, give good energy and attracts moths and butterflies.
Be the light 🦋
We’re quicker to let someone know if they did something wrong or if there’s something you don’t like about them, BUT when we appreciate something about them we dont let them know. We keep it a secret. Make someone’s day. Give a compliment. Cost u nothing.
I’d rather go broke and fail than look back when I’m 50 and ask myself if that could had worked— this fear of ragret is what pushed me to carry on with leveraging credit to pick up more Airbnbs. Tell that little FUD in your head to SHUT THE F*CK UP😤
When you’re not motivated, rely on being consistent. The work/ effort doesn’t always have to be 110% day in day out. You’ll burn out. At the very minimum just show up. Keep the habit chain going. Don’t break the habit. 🚀
In order to be great, you have to be grateful. If you keep looking toward the future without appreciating what you have now, you’ll never feel great. Even if you achieve all the external success, your internal will still never feel good enough.
