@TATACLiQLuxury My order with ID 143429193 was supposed to be delivered yesterday, ie; 10 jun 26 however , till now there is no update on the whereabouts of the order . Have been trying to track but unable ro get any update
@TataCLiQCare Secondly, read your policy of tatacliq ( photo attached) regarding cancelling the order. It clearly says order is cancellable till not shipping. In my case it is not shipped then why will it not be canceled??? Consumer redressal forum will be sounded about this dichotomy
@TATACLiQLuxury Ref ID - 23059366 dated 06 may 26. No resolution or response received so far. Seller has not shipped the product yet no option of cancelling being provided contrary to the policy of the website

Pick up was done successfully by Sarvesh ( pickup rider) at 23 Mar , 12 pm . I receive an update that pick up canceled due QC failure. I call up the pickup rider, informs done by mistake will be rectified by eve. At 9 pm i mtold it’s not possible

@deepigoyal I hate Zomato. By just placing artificial intelligence on the name of Customer Care is not smart Mr Goyal. My food arrives 30 to 35 minutes late, and the AI keeps giving me the same reply on and on. What sort of service is this? Piss of every?pathetic company
