Mohbad’s mom accused Wunmi (Mohbad’s wife) of betraying her trust. She claimed the Wunmi asked her to sell Mohbad’s property and that she got he insults online because Wunmi discussed it with other people. She cursed her and the people making fun of her on social media claiming that she sold her son’s property. Apparently, that was not the case. Her lies have been busted! Wunmi was never a part of of the arrangement. Mama Mohbad together with her friend, Opeyemi (with a TikTok handle called Liars Don’t Last) made the arrangement. Please watch and listen!

Today, @MobilePunch printed the news that a U.S. lab called National Medical Services Laboratories (NMS) in Pennsylvania denied the claim by the Lagos state government on a toxicology report test conducted to ascertain the cause of Mohbad’s death. @puncnewspapers needs to back up this obviously false report with the evidence of the correspondence that they had with NMS Lab! There are rules guiding issues relating to the privacy of patient information, the release of informant on need to know basis and informed consent. HIPAA, formally known as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, is a collection of rules and standards for using, managing, storing, and sharing protected health information. PHI includes personally identifiable information, contact details, treatment plans, medication lists, financial information, care plan records, pictures, and more. The HIPAA Security Rule requires physicians to protect patients' electronically stored, protected health information (known as “ePHI”) by using appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and security of this information. This rule applies to labs too. So, I don’t agree with @MobilePunch that NMS denied anything to them. @MobilePunch needs to come clean on this. Show us your correspondence with NMS! It is disappointing that in recent times @MobilePunch has shown that they are biased in the case for Mohbad which is fine but they must stop misleading the public. They need to show us where NMS denied working on the Toxicology report. They cannot just print anything and expect us to take it hook, line and sinker! I still can’t get over the sight of the Dosunmu fire disaster site. My principal @jidesanwoolu hardly gets angry and when he does, he doesn’t display his anger easily but the disturbing images of the fire incident, the ruins and losses to individuals and State weighed heavily on him. I saw a visibly angry man. He was angry at the careless behavior of some resident, which ultimately led to major catastrophe. The avoidable fire incident is a major disaster to say the least. In all, the Governor is providing the much needed leadership.

Acccording to Attorneys for Image Law & Photo Law in Germany, images and photographs may be used, distributed or publicly displayed only with the consent of the person portrayed in the image or photograph. In Germany, you are expected to seek consent before sharing a photo or video of an individual. Consent is ongoing. Even if someone has said yes to an image being posted, they can change their mind and retract their consent. Comfort Abosede Ilesanmi who is an asylum seeker in Germany has consistently posted the pictures of Liam, a minor and made horrible comments about the minor! She has consistently bullied the family of Mohbad, a Nigerian musician who passed on last year on social media. If you guys like don't seek justice for Mohbad, or if Mohbad's father like let him chooses not to bury his son because he refused to get the court order, and he made useless people rain curses on the little boy who is not even up to 1 year old .
