Today we celebrate Liv the only way we know how—by keeping her memory alive. She would have turned 16, a milestone she never got to reach because cancer stole it from her and from us. Too many other families walk this same painful road.

Over the past few months, we poured our hearts, energy, and countless hours into building Liv's Stargrace Foundation @Liv_Stargrace . Our website designers went above and beyond to capture her personality, her story, and everything that made her uniquely Liv. We waited for the perfect moment to share it.
