@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence: Despite my account being in safe custody for the last 5 months, I’ve been charged regular plan fees every month. Each time I have to escalate via 121/email to get a waiver.
This issue has persisted for 2 years. What is the permanent resolution?
@Airtel_Presence Can you please process the waiver at the earliest? 6th is the due date for payment. I do not have the energies to call up 121 repeatedly.
@Airtel_Presence This error (screenshot attached) has been raised with customer care for over a year but never resolved. How long is a customer expected to wait? By when will the safe custody be activated? I raised the safe custody request on 20th Sep.

Get offended when I call 121
Show up at my door saying "don’t call 121"
Yet you send the same engineer again. This is unacceptable & a breach of privacy.
@IndianOilcl@PetroleumMin : Despite awareness campaigns about expired cylinders, this was delivered to me on 4th Nov. It was mistakenly picked from an expired batch. Although replaced after complaint,how can such callousness be allowed? This could have been fatal if used later.
@frictionangel Another topic - Thefts and robberies have gone up in my neighborhood. Earlier there used to be regular patrolling by the Hoysala. It's hardly there now. Perhaps you could take a poll on that as well. Just a suggestion.

After a wait of 1 hour,trying to get information from the chat bot which kept saying,"order will be delivered in 10 mins" for more than 30 mins,last thing a customer would want to hear, "can we cancel your order".At least there should be some effort to compensate.
@SwiggyCares@swiggy_in : Horrible services. I was made to wait for an hour after placing the order, neither the restaurant nor the delivery executive's contact numbers worked. Customer care number had a long hold of 15 mins. Order was cancelled. Is this how you serve customers?
