这次用到是一个叫HyperFrames的开源���具，教程和生成视频的 Prompt 我都放第一条回复里了，需要的同学直接抄即可。

本次生成全程没动手，一套提示词，然后它就自己开干——

→ 读取 17 分钟原视频
→ 提取并转录英文语音
→ 理解完整内容
→ 挑出最值得看的片段
→ 重写 90 秒中文叙事
→ 裁剪原视频素材
→ 加中文字幕、标题、信息卡片和动画
→ 调用 HyperFrames 制作
→ 自己检查
→ 最后直接给我吐了一个 MP4

向天发誓，我全程没打开「剪映」！

以后再看到一条 20 分钟英文教程，甚至不用自己看完。把原片扔进去，告诉 Codex：“给中国用户重新讲一遍。”

剩下的，它自己就干完了。
