Complaining doesn't help @IRCTCofficial you respond for compliance but the train situation remains same. No cleaning no safety. Unauthorised people including beggars and transgenders harrasment continue. Train no 12551 #Assam

Since morning this little boys are roaming inside the train. Cleaning, asking for money, collecting discarded bottles. I wonder if these are the work of railway cleaning staff or these random teenagers ? @IRCTCofficial train no 12551

12551 is delayed. @IRCTCofficial kept updating but while tracking it showed wrong information. Passengers are waiting for long hours specially someone like me with high sugar & BP traveling alone. Is it fair?

@rpferasn @RailwaySeva @ErRpf I had boarded the train at midnight. The platform gets filled with brggers post 10pm. I was waiting alone with my kid as my train was delayed for 4 hours. Thank you.

My train 15640 is now rescheduled from 8:10pm to 1am. Im traveling alone with a kid. Boarding the train at 1am might be difficult. What should I do? I have confirmed tickets of AC 2 tier. @IRCTCofficial please help.
