@amazonIN@AmitAgarwal@amazon@JeffBezos Absolutely Disgusting customer service.
Your delivery person cancelled my order without delivering it. It has now been 10 DAYS and my refund is STILL NOT credited, while your own website states 3–5 days.
Today at around 4 PM, I called customer care. The agent herself admitted that the information on the website is apparently WRONG and that the “actual” refund timeline is 7–10 days.
So which one should consumers believe your WEBSITE or your CUSTOMER CARE?
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was kept on hold for nearly 20 MINUTES and then the call was DROPPED. The harassment is astounding
This isn’t customer service. Consumers should not have to chase their own money, receive contradictory information and then be kept endlessly on hold when they ask for escalation.
I want the concerned consumer authorities to examine this practice and the company’s grievance-handling process. Companies cannot advertise one timeline and communicate another after taking a customer’s money.

Refund my money immediately and investigate this customer-service experience.
How shitty is this? She thinks that just because she’s an Ambani, she can feed people leftovers and somehow that’s acceptable. And then we’re told people like this are “blessed by God” and karma is real? Sorry, but moments like these make the whole idea sound like nothing more than a comforting belief. In reality, some of the worst-behaved people seem to be blessed with unimaginable wealth. Make it make sense.
