Ventura County could definitely use a late night/early morning train from/to LA on the VC line on weekdays and weekends. Having the option to stay late in LA without having to worry about catching the 7PM train (last one) from Union Station would encourage more ridership.

They state they anticipate awarding a contract in June, along with a year-long process of outreach and review to create the new plan.
