@JJ_McCullough I look at them next to the awake magazines then wonder if they know that only 144,000 of them actually get to go to heaven.
I suppose the more time next to the magazine rack gets you closer to heaven.
People in Kelowna and the Central Okanagan are saying out loud what many have felt for a long time.
Public safety is changing how people feel about their own community.
When families feel they have to check a park before letting their kids play, when businesses are dealing with disorder, and when residents say safety is a major reason quality of life is declining, that has to be taken seriously.
This is not about fear. It is about trust.
Public safety is measured in whether people feel safe living their normal lives while walking downtown, opening a business, raising kids, and using public spaces.
That trust has been eroding, and government needs to stop treating it like background noise.
@KellyCh80459892@tedcamp What’s your point?
Maybe you didn’t see the thousands of people lining the highway and over passes as the convoy went by.
Your argument is lame.
@BC_Citcon Nick, there is a lot of chatter about how the British system is on its way out and a new system on its way in. Have you listened to anything from Promethian Action?
The kicking and screaming is all about who can hold on the longest to keep feeding the old system. Think war chest
@tytade@vancolour Smoking crack again?
We’ve tried all these leftists ideas, they don’t work.
Socialism sucks the life out of everything, just look around.
@RasmussenL50003@TheReclamare Always a Linda around to try to stifle a conversation about a historical document. This question is purely about extraordinary pupils being recognized as worthy of further education. Maybe we could know how many more years they remained students among so many other questions.
@dacshunder@BCBarrister@KerryLynneFindl@Conservative_BC It’s play action.
With no details and suspect timing but probably just dirtyness of the entrenched establishment.
Now we follow another storyline in the always interesting series of BC politics.
@_singhnihaal No, No we can’t. Normal people go to work at real jobs that don’t require subservience to their “leader” on social issues.
Fiscal issues sure.
Normal people don’t want to do that.
@BurrowsAmanda It’s not getting hotter.
Who is gonna pay when the crackhead who put that window unit in did a shitty job and it falls on a person below?
Old buildings don’t have adequate electrical systems for the load.
Do some research before you get to typing.
Global warming was Al Gores joke
@Prominent_Bryan This is hard to see but have you ever had to work under one of the so called project managers?
I have and their skills suck more than the adverts. Building takes more than a college course especially at a DEI based school.
@DavidColetto My observation is that not enough Canadians know that his job is to ask hard questions to the PM and other MP’s.
The journalists should know this and include it in their stories but instead capitalize on the public not understanding how our parliamentary system works.
