It is a national scandal that the Office of the President and Cabinet has spent more this year than the entire Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.

We have hundreds of thousands of children out of school because BEAM hasn’t been funded adequately. When children are out of school for even one term their entire education is seriously compromised.

There’s simply no excuse for this no matter how the Ministry of Finance seeks to spin this.
