AI and software brands already paying creators: I'd like to talk to whoever runs your creator partnerships. Moza Systems finds relevant YouTube creators, handles outreach and negotiation, and keeps campaigns on schedule. No inflated view promises. DM me.
What's the most frustrating thing you've run into on a local business website? A contact form that goes nowhere? No prices at all? Opening hours from 2019? What's yours?
Want to automate a process but don't know where to start? Map it on paper:
1. What starts it?
2. Who hands it to whom?
3. Where does someone decide?
4. Who checks the result?
Can't answer 3 plainly? Fix the process first.
Simple rule for AI in a small business: let it draft, let a person decide. Replies, quotes, summaries. The time saved is in the first draft. The trust is in the check.
Before someone calls a local business, they'll often look it up. If all they find for yours is a directory listing, I can change that in 3 business days. €49.99 deposit, €249.99 on delivery. Launch price for the first 5 clients.
A creator fit scorecard I put together: audience overlap, how they handle sponsors, comment quality, consistency, and whether they'd use the product themselves. Audience size only matters once those check out.
Old website, not sure it needs a rebuild? Check:
1. Is it fast on a phone?
2. Are services, prices or photos current?
3. Can you edit it, or reach whoever built it?
4. Does it lead to one clear action?
Two or more "no"s: rebuild.
Your homepage headline should pass the neighbour test: could your neighbour read it once and tell someone what you do? "Quality and service since 2004" fails. "Roof repairs in Antwerp and Mortsel" passes.
Service business in Belgium where the same admin gets copied, chased or retyped every week? I'd like to see it. Moza Systems builds practical automations for repetitive tasks, and we'll tell you straight if a task isn't worth automating. DM me.
Creator campaign didn't deliver? Check this before blaming the creator:
1. Did their audience have the problem you solve?
2. Did the brief leave room for their style?
3. Was the landing page made for that audience?
4. Did you track with a link or code from day one?
Before sponsoring a creator, watch their last three sponsored videos. Did they explain the product like they actually used it? That tells you more than their subscriber count.
Tradespeople: someone asks a neighbour for a good painter, gets your name, googles you and finds nothing. That job can easily go to the next name. I build simple sites for local businesses in 3 business days. Reply or DM if you want one.
Good Google reviews but no website? Make them work harder:
1. One page with your services and area
2. 3 to 5 reviews with the customer's first name
3. Photos of real jobs
4. Link your Google profile to that page
Your reputation now has a home you control.
Running creator campaigns for an AI or productivity tool? Moza Systems handles the work between "we want creators" and "the video is live": research, matching, outreach, negotiation and coordination. If that's eating your team's week, message me.
People at software companies: when you pick a creator for a sponsorship, what weighs most? Audience size, audience fit, or how well they explain products? Where do you land?
Missing enquiries because you're on a job all day? A simple setup:
1. Form or message comes in
2. Customer gets an instant reply with next steps
3. You get a notification
4. No reply from you in 24h? Reminder
Most of this needs no AI.
