Thank you so much, Otakon 2026! ❤️
My first Otakon was back in 2016, when it was still held at the Baltimore Convention Center.
At the time, I was selling at flea markets in Akihabara and events like Wonder Festival in Japan.
A friend who lived in Baltimore told me, “There are anime conventions in America—you should come!”
So I packed two suitcases full of merchandise and flew to the U.S. for the very first time.
Near the convention, I started sharing the items I had brought from Japan, and the response was beyond anything I had imagined.
By the final day, there were even people waiting for me before I arrived.
I’ll never forget that moment.
That experience inspired me to become an official vendor at Otakon the following year.
I also still remember the very first people who followed this account back when it was Twitter. Your support has meant so much to me over the years.
Then came the pandemic, and I wasn’t able to travel to the U.S. for quite some time.
During that period, I discovered VTubers and Uma Musume, and I met so many wonderful friends through those communities.
It was a difficult time for everyone, but I’m truly grateful for the friendships and experiences that came from it.
Today, I’m fortunate enough to exhibit not only on the East Coast, but also in Chicago and Atlanta.
Next year, I’m hoping to attend my very first convention in Texas!
If there’s a convention you’d love to see us at, or if there’s something you’ve always wanted us to bring, please let me know.
I’d love to keep making our store better together with all of you.
One more thing…
My English still isn’t very good.
I always wish I could talk with everyone more, but sometimes I can’t express myself the way I’d like.
I’m going to keep studying English so I can have more conversations with all of you in the future.
And if you’re ever planning a trip to Japan, feel free to send me a message!
If our schedules line up, I’d be happy to show you around some of my favorite places like Akihabara, Ikebukuro, or Shibuya.
Thank you to Otakon, to my friend who encouraged me to come to America 10 years ago, and to everyone who has supported Akiba Anime Store throughout this journey.
I truly couldn’t have done it without you.
Thank you so much. ❤️
I worked on episode 77 of Re:ZERO.
I was in charge of the series finale.
Thanks again to Hoshino-san for his trust.
I hope you enjoyed this episode.

league of legends ranked is such a beautiful game unlike any others. you can load into a game and know the next 30 minutes of your life will be completely fucking wasted because your toplaner called TungTungMalzahur locked in Shaco top and there is nothing you can do about it
I still don’t take it for granted that I’ve been able to keep singing the opening themes for Re:ZERO.
It’s a truly special and important series to me.
For its 10th anniversary, I worked on this with more excitement and anticipation than ever.
I’m so happy that this song is already reaching people all around the world!
