@airindiain it is been almost 2 month I m contacting air india about my refund. You are saying my refund has been initiated on 5th april they why it doesn’t appear on my credit card statement. Filled feedback form 3-4 times as well but still not update. My PNR is Z10Z4.

@airindiain I don’t think your feedback service is working. It is been 20 days still I didn’t get any answer. If you already have initiated my refund then why can’t you give me a proof.

@airindiain I have been trying to reach out to you since 2 week about my refund. Your representative disconnect call in between the conversation. It happened 6-7 times. I think i lost my money because it is been almost 2 months that i canceled my ticket and didn’t get refund yet.
