1) Either give everyone a free toty Messi from the exact sbc.
2) Remove the Toty Messi for those who did the sbc.
3) List Messi up to 10k and release all the Toty Messi. One catch we can never list over 10k.

Perhaps, there are 2 things that could play out as a result of this error. The 1st is to remove Team of the Year Messi from all accounts who did the sbc. The 2nd is to give everyone a free Team of the Year Messi.
