@AppleSupport I recently purchased five Apple Gift Cards. Unfortunately, three of them had unreadable redemption codes due to what appears to be a problem with the design of the card or a quality control issue. I have a support case already but just want to provide more feedback.
@HillaryBenzell@SamsungUS Wow! I am regretting buying an @SamsungUS refrigerator too - for an entirely different reason - but hearing your experience makes me wish even more I had gone with another manufacturer. I hope Samsung do the right thing for you.
@SamsungUS Potential buyers beware! They market these “bespoke” products as highly customizable with an array of colors to choose from. However, @SamsungUS can’t, or chose not, to properly mange their inventory of panels. As a result many advertised color options are constantly unavailable.
@SamsungUS Buyer beware! @SamsungUS cannot manage inventory of the changeable panels. Therefore there is a VERY good chance the panel colors you want will not be available at all. Their offers for free panels are valueless too if you can’t get the panels you want.
@EmilyJNFP@Dyson Yet another example of @Dyson’s appalling customer service. It is abundantly clear that the only thing they care about is selling you a product. Once they have your money they clearly don’t care. Sorry you are dealing with it too.
@wildflower_1011@AskDyson@BBBTriCounties Did you purchase with a credit card originally? If you did I would immediately file a charge dispute with the credit card company. I had to resort to this when @Dyson flat out refused to refund me when they sent a part to an incorrect address!
@SamsungUS It is a good refrigerator. However, I think it’s misleading that you market these Bespoke appliances as highly customizable when so many of the advertised color panels you can switch out are constantly unavailable. I think many people feel misled and let down.
@SamsungUS I would caution anyone considering the purchase of a Samsung Bespoke appliance that the availability of the changeable panels is VERY limited. Do not expect the color you may want will be available - many colors seem to be constantly “unavailable in your area”.
@_AnnieThompson@AskDyson Unfortunately, I had to resort to a credit card charge dispute and a complaint lodged with the Better Business Bureau (simple to do on their website). Dyson Customer “Service” were awful. Their products are becoming far less reliable too, as you unfortunately have discovered too.
@Dyson@SimeonPanda …and I see you got the canned “this is not what we’d expect to hear” response! What a disingenuous pile of nonsense. Judging by the number of complaints @Dyson get, if they were paying attention, they clearly would be expecting to hear stories like yours.
@SimeonPanda@AmexBusiness@Dyson Couldn’t agree with you more! @Dyson support is utterly incompetent. I had to resort to two credit card charge disputes too for mistakes Dyson made that they were then were unwilling or unable to rectify. Their products are becoming more unreliable too. Buyers be warned!
@hobbinero@Dyson As you, like so many have discovered, @Dyson really don’t care about their customers. You need look no further than the myriad comments here to realize that. And the only thing their vacs are really any good at is sucking up your hard earned cash. Not the company they used to be.
@RuthBra50749525 @Dyson Once @Dyson have your money they simply don’t care. Actions speak louder than words - plenty of disingenuous responses here but no actual meaningful customer support. The company has gone downhill dramatically. Shame but greed got the better of them I fear.
@LeonHewer@sandylanceley@Dyson Exactly. How many hundreds hours have their product development teams de-engineered products so they tend to fail right around the time their warranties expire?
@AskDyson@sandylanceley@AskDyson Your machines are “made to last”? Nonsense! How come there are so many complaints about failures? How come @ConsumerReports doesn’t recommend your vacs anymore because of reliability issues. How come you can’t mange spare part inventory?
@dolmalone@Dyson Welcome to the incompetence that is @Dyson customer support, which is really just a facade. Such a shame. Dyson used to be a respectable company… not so much anymore as they have succumbed to corporate greed and poor leadership.
@Melanie_Lewis4@Dyson Complaint after complaint about @Dyson and a lack of spare parts. @Dyson - is this due a strategic decision to force consumers into replacement purchases or due to incompetent inventory management? Your businesses ethics appear questionable.
@michelleljcox@Dyson@Dyson is not the company it once was. It’s sad to see corporate greed and arrogant leadership driving this company into the ground. When they abandon quality engineering, proper customer support and just coast on their previous success they are destined to fail.
@carrie04406189@AskDyson Unbelievable! Well on second thoughts it’s not. Unfortunately @Dyson have succumbed to corporate greed and an arrogant belief their brand recognition is enough to carry them forward. It will for a while but not in the long run. These days it’s best to #DoNotBuyDyson
