I understand why this happened -- MSU chose not to fight, perhaps to bolster the "show cause" firing of Mel Tucker -- however the fact that:

1. By giving $10,000 to six players, MSU got stiffer penalties, including vacated wins, than Michigan in all of its various infractions cases and ...

2. Included among the vacated wins was the Central Michigan game where Connor Stalions was on the Chips sideline ...

... is so ridiculous it's kind of perfectly comical.
