@Kiln_finance How do you plan to fix / reimburse users who manually called Withdrawal() on their exited ETH and your contract stole 8% of their deposited ETH??
@tay__mac @AP_Abacus@GenesisTrading The current plan has been filed with the bankruptcy court. The plan is docket document number 20. You can read for your self and stay informed:

@AP_Abacus@GenesisTrading If DCG contributes and Gemini contributes and those Gemini creditors take the Gemini/DCG settlement. Then the Gemini creditors very well may be made whole. Itโs outlined in the plan.
@AP_Abacus@GenesisTrading Doesnโt make any sense if you look at the docket filings, which outline their rough assets and liabilities, and the proposed plan to make creditors whole within 4 month maximum time. I find it hard to believe anyone is so foolish and impatient as to sell their share for 30%โฆ
@StatMojo @OnBrinkCapital Just checked and itโs actually 10% of GBTC that is owned by DCG, upon dissolving the trust and liquidating at Bitcoin spot prices that would give DCG approximately 1.05 billion dollars, but surely there would be some market slippage.
@StatMojo @OnBrinkCapital As far I understand DCG owns a good amount of GBTC and upon dissolution of the trust would now have those funds available to repay the 1.1billion dollar promissory note to Genesis.
