In justifying its #23 national recruitung ranking, Baseball America mentions SS Gavin Michaels, RHP Harry Pollina, LHP Cole Adams, OF Jamir Johnson, RHP Seb Shulsky and LHP Beckett Doane in the synopsis.

And I guarantee there will be others from this class pushing for playing time in ‘26.

I’ve heard 4-5 of the recruits were contacted by MLB clubs about being drafted.

I have no doubt Michaels was contacted with his ranking. I know for sure Pollina was contacted and offered. Cole Adams told us last week in our podcast that a handful of clubs had discussions with him. I’ve heard OF Ryan Morel also had contacts and talks.

RHP Seb Shulsky and C Landyn Dykes will be podcast guests on Thursday, August 6.

This Thursday we’ll have ‘27 recruit RHP Nathan “The McNick Missile” Kramer as our guest.

*’27 RHP commit Ryan Murphy (Oak Hills) pitched Midland to an opening game run rule victory 12-4 in the Connie Mack World Series last Friday. He had 5 K’s in his five innings of work for the Redskins.
