@FNBSA The bank will either not respond to you or offer you a “goodwill” refund cos they cannot prove that you leaked your info and know that they should offer a full refund but choose not to. You should be okay with losing money and have no guarantee that the fraud won’t occur again

@DrMusaMthombeni I just need the 11k scammed from my @FNBSA account. The bank wants to give me a goodwill refund instead of a full refund yet there’s no foul play or carelessness on my end with sharing my info with anyone outside the app.

@FNBSA FNB fraud department will give you the run around to frustrate you even further and still not run a real investigation. If virtual cards are the new scam then why promote this to clients. It’s hard to believe that they don’t work with scammers 🤞🏽🤞🏽

@FNBSA Don’t add no virtual card to damn digital wallet. I was a victim to card fraud and feedback from the bank is basically “ we won’t pay your full refund cos the money left your account via digital wallet, we didn’t match your location, we didn’t get camera footage, we don’t care”
