@JustinAion In addition to the excessive hours teachers work, I think people also underestimate the energy it takes to perform in a 6-hour live show 185 days a year. We are ON all the time. In an office job you can just quietly do your work without a performance.

A4: Every year we do a literary magazine as a senior class. We publish them using Magcloud and the students really love holding their writing in their hands. I've heard from both Ts and parents about Ss showing them their work with pride #games4ed

A3: A colleague of mine did a traditional essay approach, BUT it was meaningful, with questions about what was most memorable about class, which classmate did they learn most from, and what did they improve this yr (and didn't have to be school related) #games4ed

Q3: The end of the year is also known for a time for final assessments.
