@roblabonne My wife leaves at 6am (teacher). Peloton has been a life saver. Gym at 5am or peloton (easily what I do the most). Yoga or cardio on weekends. Cardio ⬆️ . Lifting ⬇️ but goes in 10 week spurts. Done before they wake up. 5 + 3 year old. Flipped from night owl to EARLY.

@slye Unit price is $3.55 per watt. 🤦‍♂️. Love Enphase. IQ7s =old. IQ8s = newer model and would expect those at this premium. Panels old. 365 watts -> 400+ @ $$. SInsure cost here is $800+ markup. Good product. Depends on the installer tho. Healthy margin good, but this high + stale.

@sweatystartup Why a dozen small profitable businesses vs scaling 1 enormous? Miss that compounding expertise from 1 industry. Pros and cons though. Think it’s cleaner to run 20 firms like this (good floor + lottery ticket) vs scaling real estate to the B range outcome?

@maiab At the very least, I wouldn’t worry about it. Odds are you’ll use it the next 3 months, but only way to know for sure is to wait and see. But if the system was designed to produce near 100% of your consumption AND usage in ‘22 mirrored ‘21, you’ll probably use all/most of it.

@maiab Cool. So WA averages 11 cents per kWh, so $550 in potential lost value. To consider: production is 3-5X less Dec-Feb than peak months. So might use it next 90 days, might not. Historical usage and annual production estimate? Seems like extremely low usage on the surface.

Process: excel 100 hours -> Insight -> Plan -> Execute -> $100k+ monthly savings 90 days later -> Repeat

Helps if 1/2 biz is A+ and you know it while 1/2 the biz sucks but you don’t know it yet.

Results unclear if entire biz is 💪 or 🤮
