Today another independent journalist Rattan Dhaliwal's (@Rattan1990 ) Facebook page was struck AGAIN by official 'Aap Punjab' page ....just for using CM Bhagwant Mann's photos and videos ! 😡

These are PUBLIC images, funded by PUBLIC MONEY, already posted on Punjab Govt & CM's pages. Yet AAP sends copyright strikes on citizens using taxpayer-funded content? This is blatant abuse of power & censorship..!!

@ArvindKejriwal preaches journalist protection & free speech in Delhi/other states, but in Punjab they're stooping to Hitler level dictatorship... striking pages, filing bogus FIRs, raiding media houses, blocking independent channels .

The Cat is out of Bag. Amit Jain, the complainant in the Malvinder Singh Mali case, is not just any concerned citizen. He is @AAPPunjab member, a close ally of AAP ministers and Member of Gau(Cow) Seva Commission by the Bhagwant Mann govt itself.

According to the FIR, Jain claimed that Mali's recent interview hurt his religious sentiments. Astonishingly, the police moved with lightning speed, filing the FIR at 7:05 PM & reaching Patiala from Mohali by 8:30 PM to arrest Mali. Meanwhile, thousands of criminals roam freely in Punjab, but the police couldn't even bother to issue a notice to Mali under 41a CRPC.

As per sources today in court, @PunjabPoliceInd didn't even ask for a remand. So why arrest him in the first place? Just to harass him and get judicial custody for 14 days ? There was nothing in Mali's statements that could offend Hindu religious sentiments.

This is clearly a planted FIR by CM @BhagwantMann to silence Mali's free speech.

Dear CM, you may try your best to suppress activists, but you will not succeed in silencing us. You are just a Chief Minister, not a crowned Maharaja...

Complainant Links 100 Crore Cyber Scam with @AamAadmiParty Minister @harjotbains & His SP Wife; Sends Complaint to @DGPPunjabPolice .

A bombshell complaint has surfaced, shaking up the corridors of power in Punjab! Inspector Amanjot Kaur, who served in Cyber Crime, has blown the whistle on a massive 100-crore cyber scam that she claims has direct links to AAP Minister @harjotbains & his wife, SP Jyoti Yadav.

According to the inspector, a fraudulent call center operating out of a basement in Mohali has been extorting the foreigners, raking in over 100 crores. She filed an FIR, arrested the owner Mr. Vijay Rai Kapooria & nabbed several others involved. But thats where things got murky.

In her explosive complaint to the @DGPPunjabPolice , she claims that the call center owner has deep connections with Minister @harjotbains. Both hails from Nangal & Bains allegedly pocketed huge party funds from him: Worse yet, she alleges that SP Jyoti Yadav, Bains’s wife is obstructing the investigation & shielding the crooks. She claims Yadav pressured her to back off the case!

The allegations dont stop there. Inspector Kaur accuses a Mohali judge of taking a house from the scammers & then turning the tables to file an FIR against her. She even provided the judge's name & the Mohali house number in her complaint.

And the plot thickens! She says SP Jyoti Yadav and DSP Gursher illegally demanded call records linked to Professor Balwinder Kaur, who tragically committed suicide among 1158 Assistant Professors @1158APFront5aab . She alleges this was done to protect her Minister husband.

This letter is a ticking time bomb, exposing a dangerous nexus of politicians, police & scammers. These shocking claims demand nothing less than an urgent,independent probe. A higher court must step in,because the allegations involve a minister who could easily influence the top brass of the police.
