Hi @jagograhakjago@askGST_GoI, a restaurant in Jaipur(Niwai)/Rajasthan named Rama Resort is charging an illegal 18% GST on food instead of the standard 5%. The GSTIN on the bill is 08ABAFR1321G1ZN. Please investigate this unfair trade practice. #Grievance#ConsumerRights
@WeekendInvestng Jain Sahab.. use any of these private hospitals once you will come to know the truth. There has to be some control on them . That's much needed step . We cant think every step as a investor. Some steps are needed to safeguard the public.
What the hell is happening to the Indian stock market?
Dear @SEBI_India & @NSEIndia@BSEIndia
How many times do you expect traders to rebuild their entire business?
> December 2020 – 50% leverage removed
> March 2021 – 75% leverage removed
>September 2021 – 100% leverage removed
We adapted.
Yes, leverage is a double-edged sword. But thousands of genuine traders with smaller capital were affected. Still, we adapted.
> September 2023 – Bank Nifty expiry was shifted from Thursday to Wednesday, while BSE launched Sensex weekly expiry on Friday. Suddenly, we had expiries almost every trading day.
Many traders, especially algo and 0-DTE traders, redesigned their entire systems.
We adapted.
> November 2024 – Weekly expiries of FinNifty, Bank Nifty and other indices were removed. Only Nifty and Sensex weekly expiries remained.
Again, thousands of traders had to change their strategies.
We adapted.
> February 2025 – Expiry-day margin benefit was removed.
STBT traders were hit badly.
We adapted.
> 1st September 2025 – Nifty expiry shifted from Thursday to Tuesday.
Again...
We adapted.
> Jane Street reportedly made billions of dollars from Indian markets over the years. Later, regulatory action was taken, and subsequently trading restrictions were lifted after payment of regulatory dues/settlement.
How exactly did all of this benefit Indian retailers?
Meanwhile...
- Option STT has increased massively over the last few years.
- Bid-ask spreads have widened.
- Slippage has increased.
- Global volatility has increased.
- Transaction costs keep rising.
We adapted to everything.
And now...
Closing Auction Session (CAS).
Seriously?
Every few months there's another structural change.
Every few months traders are forced to rebuild their systems.
Every few months liquidity takes another hit.
You say these changes are for retail investor protection.
Then please show us the data.
Can you show even one report proving that retail trading losses have actually reduced because of all these interventions?
If not, then what exactly are these constant changes achieving?
Instead of making markets more efficient, you're making trading more expensive, more complicated, and pushing serious traders towards crypto and international markets.
As a full-time trader, my inner soul genuinely cries today seeing the direction our markets are heading.
We survived leverage removal.
We survived daily expiries.
We survived removal of daily expiries.
We survived expiry changes.
We survived removal of expiry margin benefits.
We survived higher STT.
We survived wider spreads and slippage.
Now we are expected to survive CAS as well?
Enough is enough.
I request SEBI and the exchanges to reconsider this rule.
Before implementing such major structural changes, consult the trading community. There should be proper communication, public discussion, and representation from active traders.
I also request every trader to raise their voice through the proper channels. If you genuinely believe these changes are hurting market participants, please send your feedback or complaint to SEBI through its official grievance mechanism. And if anyone from the industry has a direct channel to the exchanges or regulators, please help convey the concerns of the trading community.
Please Retweet this so our voice reaches the right people.
Enough of silent adaptation. It's time the trading community is heard.

Grievance & Redressal option is not working from last many days in your Jaipur samadhan app . Where is digital India ? Why have you disabled this option? Where do we raise the complaint ? Please look in to it and start it . @RajCMO@officialkharra@DainikBhaskar
@drsunita02 I always discuss this in my group. A person who drives 4 W as well 2W know about this. He will be more responsible driver. People who drive both 2-w and 4-w usually develop better road sense because they understand the challenges faced by both sides

@nitin_gadkari ji is implementing my QR scan idea!
On July 12, I posted: If ₹5 biscuit has all details, why not 100 Cr road?
I demanded QR codes for roads. After months of efforts, it’s finally happening!
This is just the start of Accountability & Transparency!
After reading countless stories of businessmen harassed or extorted by customs, one thing is clear: bureaucracy thrives on complexity.
Complex rules aren’t inefficiency, they are actually designed that way. Every ambiguity, overlapping clause, and poorly defined term becomes a tool for selective interpretation. The more confusing the system, the greater the control of those who made them, and the wider the opportunity for corruption.
Suppose you import an electronic device with batteries included in the box. Logically, it should be treated as one unit for duty. But the ambiguity allows an officer to claim the batteries fall under a different clause and attract separate duty. Since you assumed they were part of the device, you didn’t pay extra, now the officer seizes it and demands a bribe to release it.
Consider taxation, it's so complex that even trained accountants debate exemptions and credits. Property registration, licensing, fire or environmental clearances, rules are so tangled that a simple application can take months, repeated visits, and opaque “fees” that mysteriously smooth the process.
Modi is not perfect, but he is far ahead of his predecessors and, in my view, the best prime minister India has had.
Most criticism of him is not about failures but about the expectations we place on him, shaped by what we see in developed nations, and that is fair. But India cannot transform into a superpower overnight, constrained by its vast population, democratic checks and balances, and the historic backlog of poverty and underdevelopment it inherited. Unlike China’s top-down model, every reform here must navigate states, coalitions, and social complexities.
Taxpayers’ aspirations in India are particularly high because they contribute more and get little, but it’s also a reality that democracy itself acts as a handicap. Elections are rarely won on vision or development; they are won on caste loyalties and freebies that appeal to the masses who care little about infrastructure, education, development, environment, or progress. Any govt, no matter how capable, is forced to dilute long-term reforms in order to survive short-term populism.
On top of that, real transformation requires decades of consistent effort in economic modernization, R&D, defense capacity, and global positioning, all of which no leader, not even Modi, can compress into a few years. What he can do, and is doing, is laying the groundwork for a stronger, more self-reliant India of the future.
Criticism must continue, it pushes things in a positive direction. But credit should also be given where it’s due. Happy birthday, Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi. May you continue to lead the nation for many more years.
If our bandwidth and resources are limited we should slow down hitech futuristic things like bullet train and spend on our urban infrastructure and management. What a mess every city is. They spent tons in our city to make cemented roads and then everything was dug up for water, gas pipes etc. Every road is now dug and beyond repair. Street lights don’t exist, lose wires everywhere. India’s biggest problem is municipalities.
We need to remove the sub-division "Civics" from school Social Studies text books.
Instead, we need to add a subject called "Civic Sense".
It's the need of the hour in India.
@narendramodi@AmitShah@revanth_anumula
It's high time we Hindus stop dividing ourselves by regional identities like Marathi, Kannada, Punjabi, Gujarati, etc.
Our true strength lies in our unity within diversity. If we remain caught up in internal divisions, we risk losing the very essence of the Hindu identity we claim to protect.
The recent terrorist attack on tourists — where Hindu men were singled out and k*lled after being asked their names and religion, is a chilling reminder that we are not safe even in our own land.
This should be a wake-up call for all of us. It's time we truly understand the essence of Hinduism, stand united, and act with purpose, or we may find ourselves picked off, one by one.

The educational and career choices of the next generation are heavily inspired by the societal achievements of the previous generation.
US was a technological and a manufacturing powerhouse in the 50s. This inspired the next generation to take up disciplines and careers manifested out of that excellence. And the virtuous cycle and gift giving continues till today.
China forced itself to become a manufacturing powerhouse in the 80s. Manufacturing became their go to profession. This inspired the educational and career choices of the current generation, which is now manifesting in rapid tech progress.
This in turn will inspire the next generation to take up studies in these fields, aspire for a career in advanced tech, manufacturing and engineering, ensuring scientific self sufficiency in the future.
Now let's come to India
The closest thing India had to this is the IT revolution. This inspired the educational and a career choices for a lot of us.
Then for some reason, we halted.
Today, India is neither a software powerhouse nor is a manufacturing giant. And AI is putting a gun to the head of our IT Service Industry.
The only mass employment opportunities we have today are gig workers or social media influencers.
I fear how this will impact the career choices of our next generation?
Govt of India has to seriously look into this and do something about it.
When will this manipulation stop?
The regulators are just busy coming up with new circulars.
The exchanges are busy finding loopholes and trying to introduce new exchange for an expiry
Tai is busy devicing new tax regime.
No doubt trading is not taken as a serious profession in our country, the environment here sucks!
In the race to gain voter favor, India’s political landscape is increasingly marred by the culture of “freebies” — free electricity, free ration, free cooking gas. While seemingly noble, this trend is a slippery slope:
1️⃣ Redistribution Is Not Wealth Creation: Taking from the rich to give to the poor only creates a fleeting sense of equity but stifles the drive for enterprise.
2️⃣ Work Incentives Decline: When benefits are handed out without effort, the incentive to work diminishes for recipients, while taxpayers feel demoralized
3️⃣ Unsustainable Finances: Freebies today lead to higher deficits, debt, or taxes tomorrow.
4️⃣ Wealth Is Grown, Not Divided: Prosperity comes from productivity, not populism.
5️⃣ Long-Term Damage: A society dependent on “free” benefits loses the work ethic and ambition that drive economic progress.
India’s strength lies in its resilience and entrepreneurial spirit, not reliance on handouts.
It’s time to rethink. Let’s champion policies that empower citizens to earn their livelihood, not erode their dignity.
