Ugandan military officer, Chief of Defence Forces of the Uganda People's Defence Force and the chairman of the Patriotic League of Uganda has sparked fresh controversy after posting a series of messages on social media warning South African nationals to leave Uganda, accusing the South African government of failing to protect fellow Africans during recent xenophobic violence.
In one of the posts, Muhoozi claimed that South Africans should leave Uganda before August, alleging that President Cyril Ramaphosa had failed to stop attacks on African migrants. He also issued inflammatory remarks threatening those who remained, comments that have drawn widespread attention online.
The comments come as several African governments, including Uganda, have begun evacuating citizens from South Africa following a wave of anti-migrant violence and xenophobic attacks that have forced hundreds to flee.
There has been no official announcement from the Ugandan government ordering South African citizens to leave the country, and no immediate response from the South African government to Muhoozi’s latest remarks.
Many south Africans believe that they don't need the rest of Africa, its time as Africans we should change the way we think about South Africa, those people are not part of us, all black foreign people in South Africa must return back to their respective countries, African countries must stop trading with South Africa, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and Botswana must close their ports of entries,i wish our leaders had this understanding, sadly most of them are beneficiaries of this chaos, these bilateral relations with South Africa doesn't benefit the general citizens but African leaders, otherwise South Africa could have documented all African migrants and allow them to work and contribute to that economy.
Vatsonga Machangani Civil Movement leader says he had no idea who Herman Mashaba was after the ActionSA leader reportedly called their Johannesburg march "nonsense".
@Motlatsi_RC South Africa is the one that is going to suffer, my boy, all African countries are now starting to distance themselves from SA,, and you talk nonsense you're not even a Zulu, your own life is in danger because they can mistaken you with a foreigner,
The farmer president of South Africa is 100% correct about March and March. It is counterrevolutionary.. It is organized.. and their money behind it. It is xenophobic.. Afro phobic.
In 1290 all Jews were driven out of England. In 1306 they were expelled from France. In 1430 exiled from Germany, followed by Spain and Portugal. Boycotted in Italy, and time after time tossed out of every major European city.
After the centuries of expulsions, in 1492, Muslims (The Ottoman Empire) opened their doors for the Jewish. in the late 17th and 18th centuries, as the Ottoman Empire became less stable, Jews were finally allowed back into England after 366 years of total banishment.
After 1848, hundreds of thousands of Jews left Central Europe to escape rising nationalism and "pogroms" (anti-Jewish riots).
After WWI, Britain took control of Palestine from the Ottomans. From 1917 to 1939, Muslims (Palestine) opened their doors for the Jewish as usual.
In 2026, some Western politicians lecturing us (Muslims) on how to live peacefully with Jews!
Read some history.
