@chilternrailway 17.11 from Snow Hill to Marylebone is one of the local ‘blue’ trains really not suitable for this length of journey - no tables to work on. What’s the reason for this?
@chilternrailway why do the power outlets not work on the trains? They are so unreliable. On one of the new trains from London to Birmingham now and none of them work - ridiculous on a commuter line. WiFi is unworkable too..
@chilternrailway please can you explain why you won’t provide compensation for season ticket holders for days when they cannot travel due to strikes? I have paid for a ticket I have not been able to use and you have earned money and not provided any service.
@chilternrailway please can you sort the ticket gates at Marylebone totally unnecessary queuing to get out the station because hardly any work with paper tickets. It’s a lottery each day which one is going to work..
@chilternrailway ridiculously crowded 18.45 to Oxford, standing room only 10 mins before departure already. Service is really poor these days - never used to be the case
@chilternrailway any idea what’s happening with the 18.45 from Marylebone to Oxford - it’s running super slow, no detail from the driver and it’s absolutely freezing in the carriage..
@chilternrailway 7.15 from PRR to Marylebone returning back north now due to tree on the line. Been told the train will stop at Beaconsfield and High Wycombe - what about other stations further north?
@chilternrailway I was trying to do it the evening before travelling - collect at station was fine but stated could only be added to smartcard 9 days before travel (seemed to think I needed to wait for a physical smartcard which I already have and which is linked to my account)
@chilternrailway unable to purchase and add smart ticket, states can’t be done because journey is within 9 days even though I already have smart ticket and card registered - won’t let me purchase
@chilternrailway It was a weekly travel card. Option to collect at the station was ok but would not allow to add to Smartcard even though it recognised it, thanks
