Airport security force wheelchair bound disabled Black man to stand—unaided on feet for many minutes.
He's now suffered over 30 silent seizures—in just the past 2 weeks.
"I was afraid they would just see an angry Black dude with dreadlocks... and not a brain injury," said mom.
"He was very upset, so if you see another video of me in his face it was just me trying to calm him down."
Airport security offered no explanation for the search not being allowed in his wheelchair—and even called over a supervisor.
Vince "Fresh The Dj" Colston suffered a traumatic brain injury with paralysis on one side of his body—after being hit by a car while riding his motorcycle.
This caused severe mobility impairments that make him wheelchair dependent.
The incident occurred at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Additional information presented by his mother. 👇
"I don't know if they didn’t believe at first he needed a wheelchair... but it was obvious when he stood up."
Lisa Colston says she and her son have TSA PreCheck and Global Entry.
"We shouldn’t have never went through that."
Lisa Colston, mother of FreshTheDJ, is the founder of Operation ReFresh Inc.
A non-profit that operates ReFresh Specialty Gym in Atlanta—providing specialized fitness, neurological rehabilitation, and recovery programs to help TBI, stroke, and trauma survivors regain independence.

WATCH | Good morning Crimewatch, I would like to warn all cross-border truck drivers travelling on the South Africa–Tanzania route to be very careful. Armed robbers are reportedly targeting truck drivers by cutting fuel and pneumatic lines, forcing trucks to stop before robbing the drivers.
Sadly, this is what happened to Israel Chete, a truck driver from Masvingo. He was attacked and kiIIed by armed robbers, and his body was later found dumped on the side of the road. We were informed that the robbers may have boarded his truck at a busy truck stop before carrying out the attack shortly after Tengwa in Tanzania.
This is a painful loss for the family and a warning to other drivers using this route to stay alert and take extra precautions.
Israel Chete will be laid to rest today in Chirumhanzu.
I am a relative of the deceased and wanted to share this information so that other drivers can be aware of the danger and stay safe.
May his soul rest in peace.
In China, anti‑aircraft guns are being repurposed as tools for cloud‑seeding!
In a scene that reflects remarkable industrial capacity and logistical ingenuity, some of China’s anti‑aircraft guns are used to fire special shells that stimulate clouds to produce rainfall as part of the country’s large‑scale weather‑modification programs.
Transforming equipment originally designed for air defense into tools that support agriculture and water‑resource management highlights an unconventional approach to maximizing available capabilities on a national scale.
