Aliko Dangote started a telecommunication company and failed.
He also started a textile company and failed terribly.
He started a Dangote Airlines and failed a few months later.
He then started a tomato sauce factory that also failed after a few months of operation.
Aliko Dangote this time started Dangote Millers which he failed to maintain and ended up selling it to South African company for $200m before buying it back at half the price he sold it.
This time Dangote started Dangote cement which became his first successful business. Sugar business followed and so did oil refinery.

If Xi Jinping invaded Taiwan right now, and toppled the president there, on what grounds would the United States object? Or have any credibility to say anything?
Farming will test you before it pays you.
As 2025 ends, hear this if you plan to enter farm business in 2026.
Problems never stop in farming.
You face them daily.
Client pressure.
Cash gaps.
Team conflict.
Crop loss or chicken dies .
Market swings.
Accept this early.
Problems belong to business.
Farming runs on decisions under pressure.
Once you accept this truth, problems lose power over you.
You stop reacting.
You start solving.
You are an entrepreneur.
Problems signal progress.
No problems mean no movement.
When problems show up, stay grateful.
You still plant.
You keep more chickens
You still sell.
You still learn.
You still play the game.
Bye bye 2025.
Step into 2026 prepared.
Strong mind.
Clear eyes.
Long game

Experience Teaches Hard Lessons.
School theory stays on paper.
Experience hits with emotion.
Emotion sticks in memory and guides action.
A few months ago, while setting up my goat farm, advice were pouring right ,left and center.
Advice from people strong on theory. Weak on practice. Many warned me. Many called. Some said buying Galla goats marked my biggest 2025 mistake. They said Galla goats will fail in my region.
Those voices missed one point. I consult widely. I learn from successful farmers. I listen even when confidence runs high. I also study failed farmers. Failure shows what to avoid. Success shows what to copy.
Visit farmers who failed.
Learn the traps.
Visit farmers who succeeded.
Learn the skills.
Blend both.
Move forward with clarity.

2026 Goats farm plan.
You adopt one Galla doe every month.
Each doe costs Ksh 7,500.
You focus on free range management.
You target local hardy genetics.
How growth works month by month.
January to December.
One new doe enters the farm every month.
By December, you hold 12 mature does.
Breeding and kidding pattern.
Most local Galla does give birth once per year.
Average kidding rate sits at 1 to 2 kids per doe.
A safe working average stands at 1.5 kids per doe.
What this means by December.
12 breeding does on the farm.
12 does x 1.5 kids equals 18 kids in a year.
Total herd size by December stands at about 30 goats.
12 does plus 18 kids.
Why this system works.
Low monthly cash pressure.
Feed demand grows in steps, not spikes.
Labor stays manageable.
Risk spreads across the year.
You avoid heavy losses from disease or drought shocks.
Income outlook.
Kids born from early months reach sale age faster.
Later kids form the next breeding or fattening group.
You control cash flow instead of waiting for one big sale.
This plan favors patience.
Small actions every month.
Clear growth by year end.
A stronger position entering 2027.

Dangote: In the last two months, billions of liters have been imported into Nigeria. It’s Nigeria that is losing, not me, Dangote. I live a simple life and actually don’t need the money. If it was about being rich, I would have invested in Google and Microsoft. I would have been richer. Maybe today people might not appreciate us, maybe in the next 50 years, when we are not around, people will remember what we have done.
In May, China gave free visa entry to;
a) 26 European Nations
b) 5 South American Nations
d) 0 African countries
From Lusaka to every African capital, this is exactly how the world thinks about us as Africans. Only useful for our minerals. Outside that, they don't rate us !
Aliko Dangote drops the big news:
His company has climbed to the world’s No. 2 spot in both cement and fertilizer production.
He says 37% of their fertilizer now goes straight to the US, making it one of Africa’s strongest export products.
And the shocker — the Dangote Refinery is now producing 250,000 barrels per day more than Saudi Aramco, placing it among the biggest refineries on the planet.
