Gininda Lies in court and the Judge Ratha & Baloyi supports with him. DNA has 16 regions that a person has to match 99.99%. In SA we share ancestors, that's why our DNA have similarity. If DNA results says a man is 30% your father, it means there is no match, not inconclusive
