The deployment of forces participating in the joint China-Russia naval exercise "Joint Sea 2026" is complete.

On July 5, a group of Russian naval vessels participating in the joint China-Russia naval exercise "Joint Sea 2026" arrived at a naval port in Qingdao, Shandong Province, and successfully docked with the participating Chinese naval forces, thus completing the deployment of all participating forces from both sides.

China held an official welcoming ceremony for the Russian forces at the port.

The exercise, themed "Joint Response to Maritime Security Threats," is divided into three phases:
Force deployment.
Planning and coordination at the port.
Naval drills.

The exercise aims to demonstrate the capability and will of China and Russia to strengthen cooperation in addressing maritime security threats, maintain regional and international peace and stability, and deepen the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination between the two countries in the new era.

Bareskrim Polri mengungkap praktik judi online jaringan internasional yang beroperasi di Hayam Wuruk Plaza Tower, Jakarta Barat.

Dalam penggerebekan yang dilakukan pada 7 Mei 2026, polisi menangkap 321 warga negara asing (WNA) yang diduga mengoperasikan perjudian daring lintas negara.

Direktur Tindak Pidana Umum Bareskrim Polri Brigjen Pol Wira Satya Triputra mengatakan para pelaku ditangkap saat sedang menjalankan aktivitas operasional di lokasi dengan peran yang beragam, mulai dari customer service, telemarketing, hingga bagian keuangan.

"Untuk modus operandi yang dijalankan sama mereka, kami ulangi, bahwa ini bukan scam. Ini adalah pure perjudian," kata Wira dalam konferensi pers di lobi Hayam Wuruk Plaza Tower, Jakarta Barat, Sabtu (9/5).

Dari total 321 orang yang diamankan, mayoritas berasal dari Vietnam sebanyak 228 orang dan China 57 orang. Sisanya merupakan warga negara Laos (11 orang), Myanmar (13 orang), Malaysia (3 orang), Thailand (5 orang), dan Kamboja (3 orang).

Dalam operasi tersebut, polisi menyita aset berupa uang tunai senilai Rp 1,9 miliar, uang Vietnam sebesar 53.820.000 dong, serta 10.210 dollar AS. Selain itu, ditemukan pula 75 domain serta situs web yang digunakan sebagai sarana perjudian.

Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan, sindikat ini baru beroperasi selama dua bulan di lokasi tersebut. Para pelaku diketahui tinggal di sekitar area gedung agar memudahkan mobilisasi ke ruang kerja khusus judi online.

In Kyiv, an unidentified man opened fire on passersby and reportedly later detonated an explosive device.

The shooting occurred in the Holosiivskyi district, with at least two people killed, including a young woman. Witnesses say the attacker was running through the street and shooting at people at close range.

After the shooting, the suspect reportedly took hostages inside a Velmart store. He is believed to be around 60 years old, and his motives remain unclear.

A fire also broke out at the scene, possibly caused by an explosion. Police are conducting an operation to detain the suspect, and the number of victims may still change.
