@StubHub@TeamStubHub so is it normal practice for your company to tell customers to wait for their tickets until 3 hours of the event and then let them know, oops, no tickets? Ridiculous that your customer service knows there's no tickets and yet play this game. NEVER AGAIN.
@TeamStubHub@StubHub For reference, my concert starts at 8:00 P.M. and Stubhub is saying I need to wait until 05:00 P.M. for either a replacement or refund. Worst service ever.

@HawaiianAir worst customer service ever. If you don’t have their credit card, this horrible airline charges for transferring points to another Hawaiian Airlines account. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR CARD!!!
@UPS These guys never deliver their packages. The drivers are always lying and saying they made an attempt. We seriously need to get rid of UPS as a courier service
@ProvCalifornia I waited almost 2 1/2 hours for a telehealth visit and when it was my turn, I was declined and now, I'm back to waiting for another 1 hour. WORST HEALTH SYSTEM SERVICE EVER.
@HawaiianAir Can you please work on your customer support team?? I requested a refund on my miles and no one seems to know the status except to wait for 2 weeks. Got 0 emails, nothing.
@OldNavy can you please have a call center that's based in the US and not in India? My shipment order hasn't shipped and the ETA is March 11. The Indian call center literally iterated what I can see on my screen instead of giving any valuable update.
@ImAlanSinclair Look at this trash emergency maintenance email they sent to me. 1 minute after the emergency maintenance period. Anddddddddd - it wasn't 20 minutes. It's still down. LOL #trash
@StarryExperts No, thanks. The past 4 months have been nothing but "service disruptions related to equipment upgrade". Please look into my account and see how many times I have called.
Also issuing an emergency maintenance a minute after the maintenance period is ridiculous. Please see photo
@StarryInternet the past 4 months have been the worst experience ever. I would not recommend Starry even to my worst enemies. Finally called in to cancel this horrendous service/product. BYE
@ImAlanSinclair @StarryInternet I just canceled my @StarryInternet today. I also HATE Spectrum but at least their internet didn't go down every other week. I couldn't standy one more outage from Starry.
@HawaiianAir By the way - customer service just confirmed that ALL of their customer service calls are rerouted to the Philippines call center. Fantastic.
@HawaiianAir your customer service has to be worst service I have ever encountered. I signed up for the 70k points and you guys created my account under an old HawaiianMiles account and been getting dicked around for 2 weeks with no solution. STAY AWAY FROM HAWAIIAN AIRLINES!!
