Hey @bajajgeneral , I renewed my car policy in the morning, payment was successful but I am yet to receive the policy document. I talked multiple times with customer support but they all give the cryptic and pre typed replies.. may I know how many hours do you take to renew the policy after successful payments?

Every time I talk to the customer support, they create a new ticket like this:

Dear Customer,
Your request has been created. The request number is xxxxxxx. For any further assistance, please feel free to get in touch with us.

Hey @HSBC_UK , can you imagine if someone needs to get a 6 months up to date bank statement for his account he needs to chat or call customer service, they raise a request and ask you to wait for 2 days, it’s been 5 days I asked for the statement and still waiting. It should a simple date filter in the app to get the statement, don’t you think so? I recon, I am bit frustrated now with this amazing service.

We really need separate lanes for two wheelers, which will separate them from cars and trucks, it’ll be convenient for both two and four wheelers and we don’t need new infrastructure for this just new and better road markings and lane awareness drive, It’ll reduce accidents and it’ll be safe for two wheelers specifically on motorways and highways.

Please do a pilot project in one of the cities and highways.

We’ve been copying the West but we have far more two wheelers and current same lane system is not working and it’s very dangerous specially for two wheelers.

Just a small suggestion from a citizen of India.

My mother got an objection on her passport application, I am trying to book an appointment at rpo bhopal but I am not able to do it and getting below popup from last 2 weeks..my parents live far away from bhopal ie in Chhindwara district. Could you please suggest if there is any other way to book an appointment or to resolve the objection. Can they go to bhopal as it’s a long journey or can they attain any other rpo, we live near Nagpur.
