@British_Airways Is a complaint different to a claim ? Can you advise me of your complaints process and how to escalate her claim ? We both tried yesterday to get some progress. Frustrated is an understatement. 5 months with nothing following her 3 day delay stuck in an airport with false promise

@British_Airways You say this, she filed a claim in early August. Other travellers have been settled. She has had zero communication from you other than first acknowledgement. She’s chased, and was once told her case had a glitch. Virtually impossible to communicate with you other than here.
