Not everyone can do it/wants to do it - & that’s OK. A CT scan of the chest and carotid duplex screening and send the high risk patients to an Anaortic specialist.

@GianTorre610 100% agree. It's a great alternative to an ITA/RA. Allow the ITA flow to distend the vein under physiological conditions and protect the vein enothelium from hydrostatic injury.
