An incredibly patronising & frankly silly letter received from my MP @Simon4NDorset.
Touting a conspiracy theory that Reform are, & I quote, “actually agents for Labour”.
Mr Hoare is right about one thing: I am “annoyed now”. It is HIS party who’ve been in power for 14 years!
@Simon4NDorset@VikkiSlade72@CR_UK But it is ‘broke’, @simon4NDorset. Very ‘broke’. I know you’re a decent man but the company you keep, those in power, are far from what this country deserves.
@UPS_UK If anyone is interested, @ups_uk have promised me a response inside 24 hours. It took three days of asking for information last time. I never did get that promised “response inside 24 hours”…
@UPS_UK How can 1 package have so many issues? 1st, you claim you don’t have the export docs & return to sender. Export docs WERE there. Sender resends. You claim my address is wrong. It is not. This has been nearly a month of errors at YOUR end & I still don’t have my package!
@AsdaServiceTeam@asda - you’re not doing well lately. 1. no attempt to safely/correctly label foods. 2. Bought this cheese on Saturday, clearly within the sell by date but horribly mouldy. With three other supermarkets a stones throw away from me, I am being driven away.
Hey @asda! This is how @AldiUK stores manage to let their customers know what’s in their hot cross buns. They LABEL them!
Meanwhile you prefer to stick with “read the tiny almost invisible print on the back to find out there’s a potentially life threatening ingredient in this!”
@asda ‘s response was “cranberries aren’t an allergen so we don’t have to” They did not care that their buns, labelled only “Hot Cross Buns” could put heart patients at risk. @TheBHF - could you have a word? /2 end
@TheBHF - @asda were given valid reasons why the labelling on their hot cross buns was dangerous. Cranberries are contraindicated for heart patients. Their hot cross buns have cranberries in them. It is only by reading the tiny print on the back that customers can see this. 1/
@AsdaServiceTeam A hot cross bun does not normally include cranberries. This is an unexpected ingredient. I’m appalled you think the tiny print on back of see through packaging means you’ve met your due diligence. It is hard to read. You’re setting yourself up for a court case, or worse, a death.
Hey @asda I tweeted you about this dangerous labelling before. These hot cross buns have cranberries in them, but that fact is hidden in tiny print on the back. This DANGEROUS! Heart patients cannot eat cranberries. Dies some one have to be taken I’ll before you act?
@AsdaServiceTeam Thank you. This should be a simple process. The labels are printed. Just change to ‘Cranberry Hot Cross Buns’. Inaccurate labels can be very dangerous, re allergies or medication issues. A hot cross bun does NOT normally have cranberries, so it’s a very easy mistake to make.
Hey @asda. Hit cross buns do not have cranberries in them. If you’re going to put them in, you need to label them correctly. My husband is a heart patient and cranberries are verboten due to his meds! It was a close call. #ShoddyPractice
@AsdaServiceTeam These ones. You notice there is no mention of cranberries - and since they were labelled as hot cross buns I should not have had to read the fine print. Label them clearly. This could be so dangerous.
What a swizz. I bought what looked like a big box of biscuits. Upon opening, @McVities have given me mainly plastic. There are only TWO of each biscuit per layer. And only 2 layers. #BadPackaging#Swizz#Ripoff
@foofighters May I please, PLEASE beg you, if you haven’t already done so: PLEASE reach out to the incredible @DollyParton to participate in her rock album!
Pretty please.
@AnyVan If you had bothered to email me after promising to do so, I would have a reference number!
But you didn’t, so I can’t.
You took my money quickly enough… but that’s all you’ve done quickly.
@AnyVan what are you playing at? I post a job, accepted a quote, clicked the “book here”, paid my deposit, then you fail to do the job, THEN you tell me the deposit was for the Pri elite of posting a job?!? I set a date! I paid a deposit! You wouldn’t contact me! What’s the game?
