This video shows an Ugandan man on handcuffs due to allegations of damage of brand of a popular Ugandan cement producer @TororoCement : All their cement bags weighed between 40. -42. Something kgs on random sampling off newly offloaded bags, non was at 50kgs as required: This is a BIG danger to the Ugandan lives, this is the reason buildings collapse on expenses of innocent lives due to miscalculations of building materials after using such brands , this is stealing of ~ 10kg each time a bag is bought, exorbitantly stealing billions of money from poor Ugandans paying for such substandard products! Such factories should not have space in Uganda!
