चुनाव आयोग की निष्पक्षता का एक और नमूना देख लीजिए;

नंदीग्राम से BJP कैंडिडेट हासी रानी राथ ने अपने चुनावी हलफनामे में लिखा है कि वह 60 साल की हैं और 10वीं की परीक्षा 1965 में पास की है।

इस हिसाब से वह पैदा होने से पहले ही 10वीं पास कर चुकी थीं।

अब जब मामला फंस गया तो कहा गया है कि 1965 में वह पैदा हुई हैं और 1980 में हाई स्कूल पास हुईं।

रोचक बात है कि चुनाव आयोग को ये सब दिखा ही नहीं और नामांकन मंजूर हो गया।

अगर विपक्ष के फर्म में एक मात्रा भी गलत हो जाता तो यही चुनाव आयोग उनका पर्चा खारिज कर देता।

"No abuse was hurled at PM's late mother. THE OUTRAGE IS FAKE."

What was actually said from the stage was not an attack on Modi Ji's late mother, but an attack on HOW Modi Ji uses "Maa Samman" as a political tool.

The speaker was exposing how "Maa" is used for votes and sympathy.

The phrase "Mataji ko chair dijiye" (Give a chair to the mother) refers to a staged incident involving Prime Minister Narendra Modi during a Lok Sabha election rally in Howrah, West Bengal, in May 2024. While addressing the crowd, PM Modi noticed an elderly woman standing in the heat among the audience. He paused his speech mid-sentence, pointed towards her, and instructed the security team and organizers, saying, "Mataji ko chair dijiye..." (Please give a chair to the elderly mother). That elderly woman was not a common mother standing in the heat. She had a VIP card around her neck. She is the mother of a local BJP Mandal Pradhan from Howrah. It was a planted PR stunt, not real compassion.

The fact that you are now doing fake outrage over "Maa ka apmaan" actually proves the original point - that BJP uses Maa as a political shield whenever it is cornered.

There was no attack on anyone's mother. There was an attack on the politics done in the name of mother.

Also before preaching about 'Maa ka samman', look at your own record. Sonia Gandhi Ji has been called "Jersey Cow", "Bar Dancer", widow-mocking and worse by BJP leaders and your IT Cell for last 40 years. Was that not an insult to a mother?
