May: renewed subscription on May 4th and have had “Connected Without Internet” ever since.
I’ve called 217 countless times and keep hearing “we’re sorry, it has been escalated,” but nothing gets fixed.

I installed MTN Fibre Unlimited in March and it’s been one issue after another.
March: disconnected for 10 days, promised compensation extension, never got it.
April: disconnected for 5 days, same promise, nothing.
Now, Since May 4th I renewed, no connection @MTNNG what is it?

@aedcelectricity You put us on band A, charging us like criminals, yet you can’t give us decent power supply. Take us back to Band B, you guys refused. The street has people on 33KVA trans and we on 11KVA, 33KVA people have more power supply than us, yet we are all on band A, make it make sense!

@aedcelectricity This info is wrong. Not everyone on God of Elijah Road,Karu uses the 33 kVA line. My house uses the 11 kVA line, and we do not enjoy the same level of supply as those on the 33 kVA line. Applying the same tariff to all of us is not OK
Kindly review and revert us to the old band.

@Spectranet_NG what is really the issue? For over one week now you network is either going off completely for two days in Abuja or it’s on but completely useless to your subscribers as we end up buying MTN mobile data and the likes yet i have over 120GB on my spectranet mifi
The worst part is, your customer care lines are switched off and there’s no way to reach you. This is unacceptable. I was embarrassed this past week on several virtual meetings including important interviews.
